Then you will be required to pay by cheque or pay into our account which will be given by email.

Prices shown on the site are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. You will be required to pay extra delivery cost.
You are requested to make an ADVANCE PAYMENT. Once we receive your payment, we will send a confirmation email and your items. We use PAYPAL which allows any business or consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online. When you tell us which items you would like to purchase by email, we will send an email with PAYPAL's online payment form. You can transfer money to our account even if you don't have a PAYPAL account. Alternatively you also can pay by bank transfer, although many banks will charge more than PAYPAL online transfer service. IF you prefer bank transfer, we will give you our bank detail by email.

We don't accept returns as all items are handmade each time when we receive orders. We can only exchange an item for the same item if it has already been broken by its postal condition. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check. To exchange items, you are required to send an email within 7 days of receiving your order and then send the items with the same packaging within 14 days.
